- What is the return policy for BAYRAW products?
In the unlikely situation that you are not entirely happy with your Bayraw bag, you have 14 days from when you receive it to request a return. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
- How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item?
Once we have received your item back, our team will check the item over for any damage or evidence of use. This doesn't take long at all and your refund will usually be processed on the same day.
Please Note: all refunds are processed using the same payment method that the order was placed with. Your refund may incur delays depending on your card provider or bank, and we accept no responsibility for any such delay caused by a third party.
- Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders are usually shipped out on the day they are placed, or the following day if it is an evening/weekend. If you need to change anything about your order then we recommend you contact straight away.
If your order has not been processed, then we can usually amend free of charge. If it has been processed and/or shipped out already, then we may still be able to help, but occasionally might have to pass on an administrative cost.
- Are there any additional charges for international shipping?
We are very happy to supply our products to a number of different countries. Shipping to these locations is naturally more expensive and therefore delivery costs are higher.
All shipping rates will be calculated and shown in the checkout, so please add your item and address details to see the specific price for international shipping.
- What payment methods are accepted by BAYRAW?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express; which can be processed via card detail or by using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
