Great tote bag

A lovely tote bag, lots of space to hold things and comfortable to wear/hold, lovely leather.
I had initially purchased the crossbody bag and loved it so much that I got the tote,

Lovely - some imperfections

Lovely looking bag from a distance, with good quality leather. However I don't know if I received a second or mine was damaged in some way however there are is some minor imperfections on the handles and a couple of large marks / scratches on the inside. It's fine as it'll carry everything I want and I can tell it's well made and nobody will be looking for any damage on the outside so I can live with the imperfections on the inside. I would have preferred to give this bag 3.5 stars but 3 seemed a little harsh so I rounded up to 4.

EDIT:

I spoke with customer service after I wrote this review as I felt they should have a chance to see it and it turns out my bag isn’t the normal standard so others would be absolutely gorgeous I’m sure! Their customer service is impeccable so even if you have a slight issue like I did, they’ll fix it up and make it right, straight away.

Perfect size, looks great

Bought this bag to carry all my stuff for work, laptop, tablet, water, purse etc. Loving the size and the additional pockets, as others mentioned I wish at least one of the pockets had a zipper.
Also I wish the straps were a bit longer especially with winter coats etc on it’s a bit too short. Lots of compliments as well because the bag looks great and feels nice and soft, quality leather

Beautiful bag

I have been looking for a tote bag fot work for a while and I am delighted with this one. It is made from beautiful leather in a gorgeous colour and is big enough for my laptop and other work bits and bobs. I’ve only given 4 stars because I would have liked a zippable pocket for my keys and phone.

A real Forever Bag

Spacious, sturdy and luxe. Love the combination of flexibility and structure to the construction, and when you add the leather in a timeless cognac, this imay be the only holdall you'll ever need. Extra touches like the interior compartments and handle wrap make it extremely practical.
