This is a new and unused Bayraw Tote, but it is not in full-price cosmetic condition.
Your bag will have visible imperfections such as scuffs, dark marks, scratches, creases or other surface marks. The photographs on this page show genuine examples from our Factory Second stock.
Every bag is different and you will not receive the exact bag shown.
We inspect every Factory Second before dispatch and only include bags that remain fully functional and the imperfection is only cosmetic. As such we do not accept returns on these items.
If receiving a bag with visible marks would disappoint you, please buy the retail-condition Tote instead.

Factory Second condition
Factory Seconds are new, unused Bayraw bags that haven't passed our cosmetic standard for full-price stock.
Imperfections vary between individual bags and can include dark or black surface marks, scuffs, scratches, rubbing or discolouration, pronounced creasing and other visible surface marks.
Factory Seconds sold through this listing are checked before dispatch and must remain fully functional. Bags with missing hardware or other functional faults are not included in this product.

Delivery and Factory Second returns
UK delivery is £4.50 to mainland addresses and £9.95 to Highlands and islands. Orders are normally processed within one working day and usually arrive 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Factory Seconds are offered as final-sale products because their cosmetic imperfections are clearly disclosed before purchase. Please do not order one if you're unsure whether you'll be happy to keep a visibly imperfect bag.
We don't offer discretionary returns on Factory Seconds beyond your statutory rights.

Natural leather and Factory Second marks
Natural leather already varies in grain, tone, texture and markings from bag to bag. Factory Seconds go further than normal natural variation. They have visible cosmetic marks or imperfections that mean we aren't comfortable selling them as full-price retail stock.
The leather will continue to soften, crease and develop character through use. Existing Factory Second marks may become less noticeable as the bag ages, but we can't promise that individual marks will disappear.
