Returns Information
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please go to your account here and follow the process listed. We review all return requests within 1-3 business days and, once your return has been accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to drop off your package. You must return your item within 14 days from the day your return request is accepted. If this time elapses your return will be cancelled automatically, and you will be ineligible to request a new return as the returns window will have closed.
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 1-3 business days, and your refund will be raised at that same time. Once raised, refunds are processed within 1 business day.
All returns will incur a £3.95 return shipping charge and a 5% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will be paid via the original payment method only and are processed within 1 business day of an approved return. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund, which is out of our control.
